    • Supporting the / TAX, Dundi, SIP, RTP / protocols.
    • Supporting the IM and SMS.
    • Voice Mail for all users.
    • The ability of extending.
    • Voice meeting to unlimited persons.
    • Transfer calls according to date, time, and situation.
    • Answering Machine services.
    • Full Administrating to all calls.
    • Recording calls.
    • Special tools to give permissions.
  •  Programming Phone:
    • Act according to /SIP, RTP, IAX/ protocols.
    • Supporter to visual phones.
    • Provided with telephone book.
    • The possibility to define the receiving way of call / busy, don’t disturb, offline
    • Provided with special record for calls.
    • Able to receiving six calls at the same time.

     Advanced Billing System: this system distinguished by its ability to serve the deferent ways of pay and many other services such as:

    • Using advanced or pre-paid cards.
    • Checking the caller ID according to the number of the card or the membership in the Switchboard.
    • Provide the caller by special information to his balance, Duration, coasts… etc.
    • Reports to customers.
    • Permission to make many strategies for calls activities.
    • Web interface assists to administrate calls through the following:
      • The ability of add, delete, active, hiding card.
      • Make the coasts and validate policy.
      • Automatic generating to cards.
      • Define the activation date and validates.
      • Creating many kind of reports /monthly – daily/
