Standard Support: CompuService's Customer Support Team provides Standard Support during regular CompuService working hours to all our customers. The support services provided under Standard Support includes regular software maintenance, responding to any technical queries or issues on-site or over telephone and providing any software upgrades.
Silver Support: The support services provided under Silver Support package includes all the services provided under the Standard Support package plus includes extended hours (during and after work hours and on holidays) support for customers running critical operations for example, financial organizations.
Gold Support: Gold Support package includes all the benefits or Silver support package. In addition, under Gold Support package, our customers running mission critical operations and for customers who require constant attention to the solutions implemented and assistance with defining technical / business processes in relation to our solutions, CompuService's can provide on-site consultants and customer support staff. Such services arrangements can be done on time & materials basis and/or fixed deliverables.
